How many users can I have?

With Simple Check, we allow our customers to have unlimited number of users. We base our pricing on a maximum number of checklists completed per month, regardless of your team size.

What tier is best for me?

Simple Check is very configurable, which allows you to configure checklists for your team setup and compliance goals.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Simple Check’s billing is month to month and has no cancellation policy, or long term contracts. You can cancel at any time and continue to use the system until the end of the billing period.

How does the free trial work?

When you get started, you can use our free trial to complete up that tier’s monthly limit, for the first 30 days. If you’re not happy, simply cancel the subscription before the 30 days is over – and you’ll never be charged.

 

Can I change plans?

If your organization grows, or downsizes, you can update your plan to a new tier through our app at any point, and your next month will reflect your new plan, and price.
